2. What Data We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the following personal data:
- Name — to address you correctly in our response

- Message content — the details of your inquiry, e.g. your most repetitive process
We do not collect any data automatically beyond standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL) retained for security purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data you submit solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry or booking request
- Follow up on our conversation about your project

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making. We will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

6. Third-Party Services
We use standard technical infrastructure to transmit and receive contact form submissions. Any third-party services we rely on are used solely to deliver your message to us and do not store or use your data for any other purpose. All infrastructure processing your data operates within the EU.

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at crew@helmunit.com.
8. Cookies & Analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar cookie-based tracking tools. We use localStorage (not a cookie, and never sent to our servers) only to remember your language preference.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic to this site — for example, how many people visited and which country they visited from. It works without cookies, without any persistent identifier, and without collecting or using visitors' personal data; individual visitors cannot be identified or tracked across sites. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics for details.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmission via our contact form is encrypted using HTTPS.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
